Refund Policy
Your purchase of a product or service or ticket to an event may or may not provide for any refund. Each specific product, service, event or course will specify its own refund policy.
All transactions will be proceed in Euro and Zoi Georgie is not responsible for the currency conversion rate or any fee that may or may not be associated with the conversion. Refunds will be processed to the same form of payment used to process your transaction. Zoi Georgie has no control over the currency conversion rate and refunds are done automatically via the system purchased through. We can not change the currency exchange rate, so your refund will reflect what the rate is on the day the refund is processed and again all transactions are processed in euros.
Returns
Any opened or used products are not eligible for a refund. You are responsible for all shipping costs and other costs incurred for returning your item (unless otherwise specified). Original shipping costs are non-refundable and your refund will be on the product cost only.
The time it will take for your returned item to arrive to us and be processed will vary depending on the shipping method you select. Once received, we will process the refund within one week and your funds should appear within 2 weeks of the return being processed.
If you are shipping an item over 50€, we recommend adding tracking and insurance to the shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Digital products
Please note there are no refunds on any digital products.
Non-digital products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the status (approval or rejection) of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
