It's about getting started on the 'right foot'


You don’t have to wake up at 5 in the morning! This is not about the time you wake up, but about how. Do you wake up feeling energetic and excited about the day ahead? If not, then let me tell you something. Setting a strong foundation at the start of each day creates a bedrock of stability in your life.







You could do anything from exercising and journaling to breathing and meditating. Or, alternatively, you could hit snooze 10 times and scroll through Instagram for 30 minutes.








If you never had a morning routine until now, you probably don’t really realise the effect it has on the rest of your day. If you can set up a powerful morning routine that you’re able to stick to, it can transform your life completely.

I created a list for you with things I personally tried. Some of them were and still are working good for me, other never worked. Try different things and find out what suits you best.
